Welcome to our world of creativity and passion! We are Jason and Paula Mathews, a duo fueled by an entrepreneurial spirit and a shared love for cooking, grilling, and BBQ. Married for 30 years, we've always sought opportunities to infuse our family life with the excitement of business ventures. We know that grilling and BBQ are a very personal style of cooking. We want to add to your passion with products that will allow you to personally brand the very items you use to make the best BBQ and grilling in the world. We know it is your backyard, and your personal brand matters.

We started our BBQ and grilling journey over 30 years ago. I recall my first brisket being an absolute disaster—I still wake up in the middle of the night thinking about it. That experience led us to research and discover how to perfect our BBQ and grilling techniques. Truth be told, Jason is the BBQ expert, while Paula excels at grilling and baking. We spend long weekends visiting BBQ restaurants in our home state of Texas and have entered BBQ contests, BBQ for friends, and developed our own recipes along the way.

That's why we are creating a website to offer the products we use and make in-house. We wouldn't recommend anything unless we have already used it in our outdoor kitchen.

How We Do It:

All our wood products are hand-made in Sachse, Texas.  A lot of the other base items we sell are acquired directly from our manufacturing and distribution partners.  We test all items on a daily basis in our kitchen.   To bring the personalization to life, we incorporate two different laser systems.   We deploy a 50-Watt Fiber Laser for our metal items and utilize an 80-Watt CO2 laser for would products and our tumblers.   

We have have recent deployed an industrial-grade sand carving system to personalize glass products, such as whiskey glasses, beer mugs, and so much more. 

We also have the Wood Center.  That is the place we will soon start to turn out a larger line of cutting boards, wood trays, signs, and other items.   We are in development to introduce the next level of personalization of wood products in the near future.
