While we can't cover lost or damaged products due to abuse, neglect, misuse, accidents, or improper blade sharpening, we're here to help with any genuine defects.

How to Start a Return or Exchange: If you find an issue with your item, we’re here to make things right. We can replace items that are defective or damaged. To start the process, please email us at info@CharcoalandBBQ.com with the following details:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • A picture of the item (and the damage, if applicable)
  • Your name and address

Important Note: Repairs by anyone other than CharcoalandBBQ.com will void the item's warranty, as will disassembly of the item.

Refunds Changed your mind? No problem. You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. To ensure a smooth return, please make sure your item is in new condition and packaged in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within two weeks of processing your return. Here’s how to return your product:
