This curing salt #1 is perfect for sausage, bacon, pastrami, ham, or any other quick-cured meats.

Note: The pink color will fade over time when exposed to light; this does not affect the quality.

Ingredients: Salt, Sodium Nitrite (6.25%), Red FD&C #3 Dye (0.000079%).
